This animation is designed to induce neuroplastic reduction of pain, in and of itself. For the full soothing effect use headphones while watching the animation. By watching and listening, the animation describes all of the ways that the observers brain is being stimulated to take back the pain map. It shows a decreasing and disappearing pain network based upon it's own counter-stimulation. When watching and listening to this, observers can picture their brains' own pain maps shrinking and disappearing. At the same time they can feel their pain decreasing.
