Neuroplastix

Change the Brain; Relieve the Pain; Transform the Person

Vision Statement

Neuroplastix is dedicated to curing the disease of persistent pain in all people who suffer by unifying brain and body as the focus of treatment.

The Foundation For Neuroplasticity oversees the professional education, research, grants and fundraising aspects of Neuroplastix.

The Advisory Board is composed of a group of policy makers, leaders in pain care and consumers, and is tasked with maintaining the vision and mission, raising funds for research and establishing a center for clinical excellence.

The educational programs establish a new paradigm in pain care, bringing advances in neuroscience to anyone affected by persistent pain, including patients, their families and providers. This is accomplished via conferences, interactive materials, scientific publications and professional training, providing a method to transform the clinical treatment of pain.

Research is directed toward clinical studies designed to clarify and exploit underlying mechanisms of neuroplasticity in the development and resolution of persistent pain disorders, correlating positive clinical outcomes observed using neuroplastic transformation methods with basic science and published clinical research. Additionally, Neuroplastix will provide a subscription service of current research used by Dr. Golden and Dr. Moskowitz.

Products are designed and developed to manifest the method of transformative pain care. They are tools to be incorporated into daily routines to enhance the method, combat pain persistence and promote wellness. Focus will be on self-care.

Clinical centers for treatment will be established and directed by senior physicians with expertise in brain and body techniques, designed to relieve pain. Centers will be staffed with practitioners trained in the use of approaches incorporating thoughts, images, sensations, memory, soothing emotions, movement and beliefs to curtail persistent pain. Patients will come to these centers to learn neuroplastic skills that they will use to regain control of their own lives. The goal is to unify brain and body, working in concert to establish a transformative experience to enhance their lives, their productivity, their creativity and their experience of hope and pleasure.

Through the efforts of Neuroplastix, a unified theory of pain, inflammation and disease will be presented to the medical community at large with the goal of changing the way medicine is practiced.
